Shipping & Returns
Items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail and tracking information is provided once shipped. For special requests to ship with FedEx, please contact via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Custom stamp orders ship in 1-2 weeks and tracking info is provided once shipped.
Non-custom items (inkwells, prints, totes) ship within 2 business days of order via USPS and tracking info is provided once shipped.
Returns or exchanges may be made on non-custom orders. Please email email@example.com within 3 business days of delivery to process a return or exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return or exchange an item. If the item arrives damaged, please contact within 3 days of delivery, and a replacement will be sent. If there is a mistake on your custom order, please contact within 3 days of delivery for a replacement.
Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized items, custom orders, and digital downloads.
